Mr. Hrishikesh Mafatlal
Mr. Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal is the Chairman and Promoter Director of the Company. Mr. Mafatlal earned an honors degree in Commerce from Mumbai’s Sydenham College in 1975. He has studied Advance Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School (USA), in 1993. For 12 years, he served on the Board of Governors of IIM Ahmedabad and was the Vice-Chairman of the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL). Currently, he is also the Chairman and Promoter Director of NOCIL Limited.

Mr. Priyavrata H. Mafatlal is the Managing Director of the Company. He is the son of Mr. Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal, the Company’s Chairman. He has graduated with a degree in Marketing and is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School, (USA). He has more than 17 years of rich experience in manufacturing, marketing, IT, and general management. He is currently a Director on the Board of NOCIL Limited.

She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several prominent companies, including Grindwell Norton, Ema Partners, 5Paisa Capital, The Phoenix Mills, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, and Balaji Telefilms.
